The Glenmore Inn & Convention Centre

This is the second time we have stayed here and the customer service has been phenomenal. I hurt my leg, and couldn't walk on it. I was trying to use a knee scooter. I was on the struggle bus with that and the girl (blonde) at the front desk got me a wheelchair instead to use and had been super friendly throughout our stay. The people at the restaurant were amazing. Everyone kept asking if my kids needed help with/for me. The pool area is great for the kids. Separate area with a picnic table we enjoyed. It's been a great weekend staying here. Will definitely be back again.

This is an older hotel, but with a high end feel to it. They have kept it in really nice shape. We did have an issue with our air conditioning emitting a bad metallic smell, but the hotel staff were awesome in assessing it right away, and getting us a different room. The only drawback is, it's in a bit of an industrial area, so sometimes you may hear the steel yard. It didn't bother us at all tho. Beds are super comfy. Great overall stay. And love the Cafe Garden restaurant. Huge open courtyard type setting with plants, and water features, and beautiful art on the walls. Room service brought us some delicious eggs benny one morning. No packaged hollandaise there! It was the delicious home made kind! The mini mall in the same spot offers chinese restaurant, a diner type restaurant, a deli, a thrift store, amongst other services, and even a cannabis store if you want some!

Stayed here for the weekend for my partner's birthday well the hotel is on the older side and could use an update but overall it's very clean and has a high end vibe. We stayed in a Jacuzzi room which again was very nice just dated. Overall had a great stay and will be coming back.

It was a great place to stay. Clean rooms, shower rooms. Interior designing was very beautiful. I book through the hotel website. For Saturday night it was about a hundred and eighty dollars without breakfast.

Loved the food here so amazing and the general vibe of this place was relaxed ,comfortable good for groups of friends or just a nice couple. The staff where super friendly and on que really recomend this to all they have a resturant and a bar

Stayed here for a couple of days. You can tell it used to be a very good hotel and has seen better days. Still better than decent. Hallways are nice and wide which you don't see often in hotels nowadays. They have a lot of stores around the hotel and I would highly recommend Macao Imperial Milk Tea store. Majority of the stores are open until 9PM or some a little later so that makes it very convenient. The room we got also had the Calgary downtown city line and that was nice. Facilities were clean. Receptionists were very professional looking and friendly. They do a great job keeping the whole place clean and with the 4 days we stayed there, we never saw any cleaning carts. Wondered how they stay on top of it especially during winter. Overall, would stay here again.

5 off the bat for dog parents! They were so accommodating and had goody bags for them at check in! Good per pet price and grassy area for them. Staff was super nice and rooms were clean and had a fridge and microwave which we dont see very often lol

Stayed here a few times for work travel and I quite like it here. Service is friendly, rooms clean, steady hot water pressure in the showers, plenty of food options across the parking lot and of course the price is fair if you're looking for a clean place to rest. I would recommend getting a room in the tower as they look to be in better condition than the lower rooms on the other side of the convention center and you can also avoid the cigarette and weed smells from outside.
